Refund Policy | Tiny Desk MeMe

Tiny Desk MeMe sells credit packs and monthly plans that pay for performance clip renders. If what you bought did not turn out the way you expected, this page sets out when the money can be returned to you.

Refund Eligibility

We can approve a refund when both of these are true:

• We receive the request no later than 7 days after your first purchase or the first charge of your subscription.
• The account has not used its paid features to any significant degree.

How to Request a Refund

Write to support@tinydeskmeme.video from any address and give us:

• The email you signed up with
• The order or receipt number, if you have it
• Optionally, a sentence about why you want the refund

Processing Time

An approved refund is sent back to the card or account you paid with. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it usually appears within 5-10 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Except where the law says otherwise, the following do not qualify:

• Accounts with substantial paid usage, for example a large part of the credits already spent or many clips already rendered
• Subscription renewals reported after the 7-day period has passed
• One-time credit packs, unless a refund is required by law
• Accounts that broke the Terms of Service or misused the refund process

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription is possible at any time and stops the next renewal. It prevents future charges but does not, by itself, refund payments you have already made.

Chargebacks

Before opening a dispute with your bank, please contact support so we have a chance to sort the problem out first. Access to the account may be restricted while an open chargeback is being reviewed.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not limit any consumer right that applies to you by law and cannot be waived.
