01Can I make a tiny desk meme for free?

No. Accounts start without credits and there is no free preview, because every clip is rendered on paid video models. You see the exact cost before anything is charged.

02Which purchase makes just one clip?

The Single pack: $9.99 for 10 credits, which is one 480p clip with no subscription. Trio at $19.99 gives 30 credits, enough for three 480p clips or one 720p clip. Basic gives 70 credits a month for $29.90 if you will post regularly.

03Do credits expire?

Credits from packs have no end date. Monthly credits are valid for their 30-day period; yearly credits last until the plan year runs out.

04Can I use the clip commercially?

If your plan includes a commercial-use license, you may use your own generated clips in paid work. You still need rights to every photo, and nothing may suggest that NPR, Tiny Desk Concerts, Charlie Wilson, The Gap Band or anyone else endorses it.

05Where do I ask about a payment?

Email support@tinydeskmeme.video with the email on your account and the payment reference. The Refund Policy sets out which purchases can be refunded.
